He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Blocker and Lillian Blocker (Dierks); his siblings, Dorothy Blocker, Margaret Rohlman, Mildred Hays and Earl Blocker; and his son-in-law Keith Kincaid.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Blocker of Haven; and his children, John Blocker (Susan) of Haven, Priscilla Villines (Gary) of Bel Aire, Phillip Blocker (Lydia) of Wichita and Lois Kincaid of Wichita. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
