She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Hart. She is survived by: her sons, Jamie and Shawn; her mother Betty Alexander; her stepfather Don Alexander; her siblings, Rhonda Hart, Jody Bryant, LaNell Walker, David Blevins and Jack Blevins; and her grandchildren, Cody Black, NayElli Black, Aspyn Black and Mickenzie Joe Black. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
