He is survived by: his wife Vallie Hesket; his mother Judy Bingham (John) of Mankato, KS; his children, Amy Bryant (Jeff) of Colwich and Matt Kuhn (Sarah) of Parkville, MO; his grandchildren, Lily, Lainey, Kingston, Ashton, Rylan and Kyler; and his sisters, Debra (Dan), Sharon Sahlfeld (Mark) of Beloit and Diana Sanpaka of Kiowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
