He is survived by: his spouse Kay Ann Kollath; his children, Kevin Shive (Kylie), Kyle Shive, Cassandra Shive, Katie Cooprider (Casey), Haven and Carissa Comer (Adam); his brother Delbert Shive (Sue); and his sister-in-law Brenda Shive. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
