He was predeceased by: his parents, James LeRoy and Marie Lucille Mellen (Seller); and his siblings, Howard Mellen and Janice Hook (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Linda Mellen; his children, Nathan Mellen (Regina) of Skiatook, Oklahoma and Theresa Moore of Caney, Kansas; his brother Curtis Mellen of Edna; his grandchildren, Madeline, Catherine, Gwendolynn, James, Christian, Gabrielle, Joshua and Gracie; his great grandchildren, Sapphire, Xion, Alice and Bella; and his aunt Viola Waldron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
