He is survived by: his spouse Penny Joann Plucker; and his children, Ben Parker (Tracy) of Sedan, KS., Brent Parker (Michele) of Ray, OH. and Kelly Smith (Ron) of Corona, CA.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren, brother: Henry W. Parker of Bartlesville, OK., and sister.
