Maxwell; his daughters, Diana Hart of Emporia, Kenda Beard of Hartford and Karma Michell of Hartford; his siblings, Ron Presley of Madison, Joe Presley of Gridley, Jim Presley of Warrensburg and Betty Reeves of New Strawn; his grandchildren, Jason, Joshua, Jeremy Hart, Hannah and Levi Beard; and his great grandchildren, David, Harry II, James and Madelyn Hart.
