With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammy Chavez of Harper, Kansas, born in Caldwell, Kansas, who passed away on December 19, 2022 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronnie Lloyd and Marie Evelen Hunter (Perry); her grandson Izaiah David Chavez; her brother Ronnie Hunter; and her nephew Jeremy Hunter.
She is survived by: her husband David Chavez of Anthony; her children, Delores Chavez of Harper, David Chavez of Kyle, Kirk Chavez (Tammy) of Scott City, Kevin Chavez of Garden City and Alicia Chavez of Anthony, Kansas; her grandchildren, Dylan Holloway, Matthew Chavez, Benicia Chavez, Seth, Cena, Jesse, Syrus and Serenity Chavez; and her siblings, Betty Wall (Raymond) of Blanchard, Lafreda Hurley (Kelly) of Harper, Lloyd Hunter of Hominy, Earvelya Olson (Chris) of Harper and John Broussard (Crystal) of Anthony. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
