He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sherman and Deloris D. Heath (Dunkin); and his sisters, Effie Ann Heath and Edna Jean Meirhoff. He is survived by: his children, Michael George and Toni LeAnn (Eric) of Attica, KS; his wife Bonnie Jean Lunsford; his children, Mike Heath (Tammy Foster) of Soldatna, AK and Cheri Ricke (Bret) of Attica, KS; his grandchildren, Brittany Hilton (Danton), Brooke Ricke, Brady Ricke (Sarah), Ryan Dark, Samantha Dark, Brenna Ricke, Ava Dark, Daniel Heath and Baylee Ricke; his great grandchildren, Bronson, Blakely, Baker Hilton, Delilah and Dove Ricke; and his sisters, Wynona Barber (C. W.), Mary Clasen, Sue Kurt (John) and Lynn Wells (Shorty). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
