He was predeceased by: his parents, Mort Morten Mortenson and Florence Hortence Mortenson (Wheeler); and his brother Charles Knight. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mortenson; his children, Carol Carlson of Lions, Sherrie Marsh of Pratt, Donald Dimitt (Virginia) of Hutchinson and Edgar Dimitt of Lions; and his brothers, Einar Mortenson (Gail) of Sturgis and Eric Mortenson (Jeri) of Bozeman, Montana. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
