She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Ernest and Ella Howell (Burke); her husband Daniel Francis Smithhisler; her daughter Debra Smith; her granddaughter Toni Holmes; and her siblings, Robert Howell, Ted Howell, Helen Harkrader, Mae Newberry and Frances Scott.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Daniel III, Miranda, Melissa, Colton, Braven, Kannon, Skylee, Haddee, Hartlee, Jason, Weston, Kenton, John, Ben, Paisley, Hayden, Hazel, Devon, Donovan, Destiny, Malik, Majid, Aya, Ameera, Ameena and Dean; her children, Dan Smithhisler Jr. of Mt. Juliet, Deanna Smithhisler of Anthony, Darla Olivier (Marc) of Danville, David Smithhisler of Pensacola, Dennis Smithhisler of Wichita, Darren Smithhisler of Harper, Damian Smithhisler (Katie) of Pittsburg, Donica Schroeder (Kerry) of Harper and Dustin Smithhisler (Teresa) of Emporia, Kansas; her siblings, Lee Howell (Jackie) of Tucson, Bill Howell (Marsha) of Choctaw, Ray Howell (Kathy) of Attica, Virgie Cushenbery of Kingman, Joann Ward of Ponca City and Jean Kimball (Larry) of Medicine Lodge, Kansas; and her sisters-in-law, Jane Fitch of Wichita and Kathleen McCorgary of Wichita. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
