He was predeceased by: his parents, Ura Hostetler and Della Hostetler (Balmer); his son Scott Regan Hostetler; his great grandchild Brooks Scott Lindsey; and his siblings, Lester Hostetler, Thelma Kauffman and Albert Hostetler.
He is survived by: his family, Lynn, Karen, Scott and Arlene; his pet Koko; his wife Bernie; his children, Lynn Hostetler (Lisa) of Bentonville, Karen Hostetler of Valley Center, Arlene Jantz (Mike Kraus) of Wichita and Heidi Coates (Dennis) of Buena Vista, Colorado; and his siblings, Delmar Hostetler (Julie) of Harper and Rosalea Hostetler of Harper. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Valley Mennonite Cemetery Fund or Mennonite Central Committee and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
