David Reese Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Reese of Harper, Kansas, born in Phillipsburg, Kansas, who passed away on August 2, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Reese and Jean Reese (Patterson); his brothers, Randall and Roger; and his brother-in-law Lester Bausch.
He is survived by: his close friend Frances Miller of Harper; his siblings, Stephen Reese (Karen) of Logan, Daniel Reese (Joyce) of Hill City and Faye Bausch of Norton; and his sister-in-law Linda Roth (Reese). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Youth Center.
