She is survived by: her sons, Wayne E. Stevens (Audrey) of Newton and Larry W. Stevens (Tena) of Burlington; her brother Tom Warren (Mary) of Wagoner; her grandchildren, Jann Moore (David), Aaron Stevens (Julie), Jonathan Stevens, Laura Stevens and William Stevens; her great grandchildren, Zoe Moore and Maxwell Moore; her granddaughter Tonya Rivard (David); her great grandchildren, Veronica, Marcella and Vanessa; and her great great grandchildren, Chyler, Olivia and Bailee.
