She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm John and Ida Mae Gasgill McKibbin; her husband Frank Junior Salmans; her children, Terry Salmans, Marc Salmans and Janet Byrum; her siblings, Willard McKibbin, Raymond McKibbin, Malcolm McKibbin, Vada Humphreys, Vera Shiew and Irene Newsom; and her great grandchildren, Gunner Stedje and Jens Stedje.
She is survived by: her sons, Jay Salmans (Jeanne) and Lane Salmans (Lisa); her children-in-law, Jim Byrum, Cetra Salmans and Danetta Salmans; and her sister-in-law Joanne McKibbin. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, and fourteen great-great grandchildren.
