It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy D. Brown of Hanston, Kansas, born in Blanco, Texas, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sim Brown and Lila Bagby Brown; and his sister Linda Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Betty Dunsworth; his children, Tessa Swodeck, Chris Swodeck (Ashley) and Eric Brown (Kendra); his siblings, Nancy Lanning, Laura Seal, Mike Brown, Tom Brown, Joe Brown and Charlie Brown; his grandchildren, Cierra, Dawson, Logan, Canyon, Sean, Cadence, Chandler and Mackenlie; and his great grandchildren, Evalena and Dahlyla.

Memorials may be given to Hodgeman County Health Center in care of Beckwith Funeral Home, PO Box 663, Jetmore, Kansas 67854.
