He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Edward and Theresa M. Weber Meier. He is survived by: his wife Virginia J. Capece; his children, Wendy Halvorsen (Mike) and Craig Meier (Mandy) of Puyallup, WA; his siblings, Howard Meier (Jane), Steve Meier (Carla) and Sue May (TR); his grandchildren, Nicole Leckenby (Jamison), Michele Zink (Jason), Michael Halvorsen Jr., Kristen Doyle (Evan), Caleb Meier and Riley Meier; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Zink, Zachariah Zink and Timothy Zink.
