We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2020, at the age of 85, Verla M. Rettig of Hanover, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kruse and Hermine Kruse (Niemann); her husband Willard Rettig; her daughter Dorothy Stigge; her brother Darwayne Kruse; and her brother-in-law Orville Scheele.
She is survived by: her children, Floyd Rettig (Linda), Kenneth Rettig (Dotty) and Karen Doerr; and her siblings, Lavern Kruse (Karan) of Walled Lake, MI, Elaine Scheele and Jeanette Scheele (Robert). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
