We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Michael D. Leseberg of Hanover, Kansas, born in Marysville, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Leseberg and Lorina Leseberg (Kruse); and his brother-in-law Larry Kruse. He is survived by: his wife Barb (Goeckel) of John's Catholic Church; his children, Megan Kumpula (Cory) of Wahoo, NE and Andy; his granddaughter Cambria Kumpula (Wahoo); his siblings, Dan Leseberg (Phyllis) of Odell, NE and Joyce Kracht (Jerry); his parents-in-law, Betty and LaVearn Goeckel; and his siblings-in-law, Mark, Shorty Goeckel (Sherrill), Randy Goeckel (Beth), Denise Kruse, Renea Harrison and Salina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
When Covid took being able to attend her games from him, he felt so blessed to still be able to watch all Neumann games that were live-streamed.
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
