She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Allerheiligen and Helen Allerheiligen (Werner); her son-in-law Wesley Smith; and her granddaughter Erin Stout. She is survived by: her husband Dale Cook; her children, Debra Stout (George), Shelley Wichman (Dave) and Alan Cook (Naldy); her siblings, Marvin Allerheiligen and Karen Thomas; her grandchildren, Carrie Oswalt (Dustin) and Lesley White (Adam); her great grandchildren, Addison, Emmett Oswalt and Liam White; her stepgrandchildren, Scott Smith (Courtney), Shawn Smith (Kindra), C. J. Padget (Ashly), April Padget, Krystal Brunin (Phil) and Kasey Wichman (Macee); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Connor, Tyler Smith, Brendan, Haylee Smith, Jackson, Myles Padget, Riley Padget-Cook, Olivia, Abi Brunin, Rylee, Camren, Clayton White and Adaline Wichman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
