It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar D. Rettig of Hanover, Kansas, who passed away on May 24, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Johan and Bertha E. Rettig (Lippka); and his brother-in-law Linn Parry. He is survived by: his wife Karen R. Rettig; his children, Julie Jueneman (Scott), Ellen Yarber (Steven), Kent Rettig (Rhonda) of Olathe, KS and Kurt Rettig (Lisa Wiles) of Overland Park, KS; his grandchildren, Jordan Griffith (Bill), Lindsey Frerking (Jay), Trevor Jueneman (Shelby Queal), Devin Jueneman, Chris Yarber, Katie Anderson (Josh), Ryan Yarber (Emily), Sammi Rettig and Sydney Rettig; and his siblings-in-law, John Parry (Vicki) and Ronda Parry. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great grandchild.
