He was predeceased by: his parents, George Turk and Anna Turk (Weiler); and his siblings, George Turk, Jr., Harold Turk and Leola Hoover.
He is survived by: his close friend Marilynne Ohlde; and his caregivers, Shelly and Sherry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established to St. John's Catholic Church.
