Willard Schmidt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Willard Schmidt of Halstead, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ben J. Schmidt and Lydia Schmidt (Unruh); his sons, Dale of Oak Grove, Lonnie (Twila) and Ancel (Ruth); his siblings, Lavaunda Schmidt of Montezuma and Ben (Sylvia Schmidt); his stepsister Norma Koehn (Pat Unruh) of Atmore; his brother-in-law Milton (Myrtle Koehn); his wife LaVeda; his stepfather Sam Unruh; and his daughter-in-law Carla. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Bethel Home in care of the funeral home.
