We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2020, at the age of 62, Joseph B. Coursen of Halstead, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph B. Coursen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Coursen and Toni Link Coursen; and his brother Wally Whittington. He is survived by: his wife Brenda L. Seifert; his sons, Jacob Coursen of Emporia and Justin "Roo" Coursen (Meghan) of Ottawa; and his brothers, Bill Coursen of Burlingame and Tim Coursen of Waverly. He is also survived by numerous extended family, former co-workers and countless close friends.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association and sent in care of the VanArsdale Funeral Chapel at 107 N. 6th Street, Osage City, Kansas 66523.
