She is survived by: her spouse Wilbert Henry "Bud" Penner; her children, Larry Penner (Kathy) of Madison and Cheryl McCart (Robert) of Halstead; and her daughter-in-law Patsy Hanson Penner of Halstead. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
