With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane L. Kroulik of Haddam, Kansas, born in Concordia, Kansas, who passed away on June 17, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Kroulik and Lela Kroulik (Kalivoda); his wife Tonja; and his brother Darrell Kroulik. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Kroulik of Lincoln, NE and John Kroulik; his stepchildren, Robert Dyke of Concordia and Brandi Dyke of Concordia; and his sisters, Sharon Landry and Brenda Frost.
