It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Lamer (Gypsum, Kansas), born in Iola, Kansas, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond D. Lamer; and her parents, Alta May and Frank James Mathews. She is survived by: her children, Randy Lamer (Janelle) of Salina, Alta Nelson (Brian) of Salina and Brenda Markas (John); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Lawrence (Matt), Aaron Lamer (Jennifer), Travis Lamer (Nicole), Shirley Dossett (Lynn), Jennifer Swinney (Denver) and Lantz Tolson (Jenna); her great grandchildren, Grace and Jacob Lawrence; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Tabitha, Abigail Lamer, Adriel, Jaxon, Gwenyth Lamer, Jonathan, Dominic, Savanna Dossett, Vivian, Avonlea and Jovanna Swinney. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and a host of friends.
