John William Clapsaddle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 79, John William Clapsaddle of Gypsum, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna (Kelley) and William "Bill" Clapsaddle; his mother-in-law Donna Johnson; and his son-in-law Jeff Oard. He is survived by: his wife Christine Clapsaddle (Carl); his stepson Brett Wilson (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Brynn and Maddox Wilson; his stepdaughter Lindsey Sibley (Lance); his grandchildren, Addison and Jake Sibley; his sister Patricia Van Otterloo (Alvin); his father-in-law Marvin Johnson; his nephew Todd Van Otterloo (Mary); his great-nephew Jack; his nephew Ryan Van Otterloo (Jenna); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelley and Alex; his granddaughter Alicia Cox (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Carson, Boyce, Blake and Charlotte Cox; and also, John Jr. Clapsaddle and Michele Oard (Jeff).
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the Poheta Cemetery.
