She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Ann Fifer. She is survived by: her husband Darin Kempke; her sons, Jackson and Tyler; her father Jack Blackwell of Enterprise; her sister Jacque Backhus; her stepfather Tom Fifer (Ann) of Bradenton; her parents-in-law, Danny and Peggy Kempke; and her sister-in-law Renee Kempke. She is also survived by her husband and boys, her sisters and family, and all her friends.
In lieu of flowers, a trust has been set up in Jamie's name. The family respectfully requests that any donations be made to the 'Kempke Family Fund' and checks sent to Roselawn P.O. Box 2322, Salina, 67402.
