She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Nelson and Ruby Nelson; her husband Robert Abell (Bob); and her brothers, Calvin Nelson and Robert Nelson.
She is survived by: her brother Chester Nelson of Corpus Christi; her children, Roger Abell of Orion, KS, Dwight Abell (Rhonda) of Oakley, KS, Gordon Abell (Stacy) of Olathe, KS, Cathleen Abell of Holcomb, KS and Charlotte Bailey of Olathe, KS; and her grandchildren, Hannah Pauls, Laura Holzmeister, Kelsey Brown, Kayla Abell, Wyatt Abell, Ethan Abell and Nelson Bailey. She is also survived by great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
