It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Caldwell of Grinnell, Kansas, born in Oakley, Kansas, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vince Dickman and Ferne Dickman (Beckman); her former husband Linus Heier; and her son-in-law Ray Shaheen. She is survived by: her husband Roger of Grinnell; her children, Donita Bozarth of Gardner, KS, Michael Heier (Tonya) of Humbolt, IA, Bev Birney (Kevin) of Bucklin, KS, Christy "Pete" Shaheen of Manhattan, KS and Larry Heier of Grinnell, KS; her sister Karen Mense (Tom) of Grinnell, KS; and her sisters-in-law, Dolores Katt (Leroy) of Grainfield, KS, Jean Heier of Grinnell, KS and Anastasia "Daisy" Fellhoelter of Wichita, KS.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
