He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloys Struckhoff and Regina Struckhoff (Ballmann); his granddaughter Katherine Lang; and his siblings, Raymond Struckhoff, Fred Struckhoff, Charles Struckhoff, Sr. (Kenneth Struckhoff) and Bernice Hansen (Fritz Ostmeyer).
He is survived by: his wife Janet Kruse; his children, Monique O'Grady, Melissa Kuhlman (John), Kim Lampe (David), Karla Bixenman (Roger), Stacey Lang (John) and Tony Struckhoff (Nicole); his sister Rita Hitt; and his grandchildren, Shawn O'Grady, Jenna O'Grady, Ryan O'Grady, Gabrielle Kroetsch (Kinsly), Eli Kuhlman, Rachael Hewitt (Hunter), Joseph Lampe, Ben Lampe, Nicholas Lampe (Whitney), Shane Bixenman, Derek Bixenman, Eleanor Lang, Lucas Lang and Aleah Struckhoff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
