She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Ruth Lucile Edwards; and her sister Judy. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her son Brandon Wernli (Irene) of California; and her siblings, John Edwards (Jean) of Hamilton and Tammy Bartel (Jerald) of Wyoming.
A private Celebration of Life Ceremony for family and close friends will be held later in 2021, due to current COVID pandemic concerns.
JoAnn's family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to an Education Scholarship Fund in her name and memory.
