He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Wartick; his parents, Delno Wartick and Ruby Wartick; and his siblings, Vance Wartick and Colleen Bennitt.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Elaine Colon (Dan) of Independence, KS, Paul Duane Wartick (Karen) of Joplin, MO and Dwight Wade Wartick of Tulsa, OK.; and his grandchildren, Scott Okerson (Esther), Kyle Wartick (Amy), Adam Wartick (Tifini), Jodee Lea Wartick, Braden Wartick, Gerren Wartick and Devante Wartick.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Grenola Christian Church and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
