He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Greenleaf and Ruth Greenleaf (Huffman); and his brother Jim Greenleaf. He is survived by: his son Jared (Amanda) of Kansas City; his wife Donna Boyle; his son Justin Greenleaf (Pam) of Hays; his grandchildren, Alexander, Elena, Andrew and Anthony Greenleaf of Hays; and his sister-in-law Sue Greenleaf of Greensburg. He is also survived by two nephews and a niece and their families, and many friends.
