He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberto Torres Velez and Elvira Morales Sanchez; and his siblings, Alberto Torres Morales and Rosa Martha Morales Torres. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Ramos; his children, Heather Arculeo (William Jr.) of Milford, PA, De'Nae Mullins (Chris) of Hutchinson and Erik Enrique Torres (Rachel Stockton) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Alicia Allen, Sierra Phillips, Laila Arculeo and Willam Arculeo III; and his siblings, Mario Torres Morales, Jose Luis Morales Torres, Elvira Torres Morales, Felipe Morales Torres and Cristina Morales Torres.
