The memory of Aimee Ann Dirks (Greensburg, Kansas), who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the sacred silence of farewell, Aimee Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Aimee Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Heer and Mary Heer (Smith); and her husband Willard Dirks. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Audrey), Lee (Karen) and Gina Ensz (Doug) of Greensburg; her brother Tom Heer; and her sister-in-law Nelda Heer. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, her youngest.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Bethel Mennonite Church (12125 25th Ave, Greensburg, KS 67054). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
