It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Dean Friedrichs of Greenleaf, Kansas, born in Odell, Nebraska, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Friedrich Friedrichs and Caroline Friedrichs (Loemker); his daughter Tanya Renee'Friedrichs; and his brothers, Waldemar, Wilbur, Rowland and Fred Friedrichs.
He is survived by: his spouse De Anna Kay Lohmeyer; his son Troy; his sisters, Norma Fairchild of Manhattan, KS and Nelda Friedrichs of Lake Arrowhead, CA; his granddaughter Alyssa Friedrichs; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Friedrichs and DeVon Swiat. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established to the Mt. Calvary Church Fellowship Hall.
