He is survived by: his former wife Diann Elliott; his stepson Tom Elliott (Lina); his stepgrandchild Kailin of Norfolk; his stepdaughter Denise Hertz (Deist); his stepgrandchildren, Makenna, Aviana, Amy Elliott and Elijah of Washington; and his siblings, Margaret Boyd (Edward), Lawrence Hogan (Sally), Virginia Sekinger (Thomas), Robert Hogan (Pam) and Harold Hogan (Ginger). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
