He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Floyd and Verna H. Floyd (Stone); his daughter Verna Sue Wendt; and his brothers, Howard, I (Floyd II), Edwin D. Floyd and Richard A. Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Grace Proctor; his children, Lloyd Patterson, Jr. of Rush and Penny Graham; his grandchildren, Kara Jo Howell (Skyler) of Tribune, Kegan Wendt of Blackwell, Brian Graham of Quinter, Sara Albers (Andy) of Tribune, Teresa Graham of Ellinwood, Jason Graham of Tribune and Natalie Patterson of Austin; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Trevor, Marie, Tyler, Nicole, Trinity, Raylynn, Shaydan, Tayler, Gracelynn, Cenlee, Kaden and Spencer.
Memorials may be given in John's memory to the Greeley County Trap Club.
