He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoffman and Wanita Nadine Hoffman (Hamm); his daughter Magan Barr; and his siblings, Richard Hoffman and Susan Hayes.

He is survived by: his brother Steve Hoffman (Judi); his granddaughter Angel Young; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Kylah and Kamryn.
