We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Floyd Sanders Mains of Greeley, Kansas, born in Garnett, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mains and Thelma Mains (Sanders); the mother of his children Shirley Mains; his siblings, Larry Mains, Harold Mains, Lorine Turner and Florine Morgon; and his stepsons, David Nutt and Roy Wheeles.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Thomlin; and his children, Bernice Mains (Troy Hett) of Tampa, Kansas, Janet Mains (Curtis Cooper) of Carbondale, Kansas, John Mains (Kerri Carr) of Cherryvale, Kansas and Paul Mains (Debbie Rittgers) of Lebo, Kansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Floyd Mains Memorial Fund, to fund a park bench at the city park in Greeley.
