He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Cunningham and Ida Cunningham (Williams); and his siblings, Roy, Raymond, Eugene, William, Myrtle Gallick, Doris Barrett and Laura Becker.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth (Karen) and Steve; his wife Katie; his grandchildren, Kandon (Cassie), Kendra (Kevin) and Kyler; his great grandchildren, Kolby, Adrian, Isaiah, Brayden, Cooper, Jaxon, Parker and Kylie; and his sisters, Viola Ralston and Mary Damman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
