He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Olivey and Vera Madison (Foote); his stepfather James Madison; his wife Mary Ann Olivey; and his son James Olivey.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Rhan of Great Bend; his grandchildren, Megan Guinn (Justin), Sabrina Doonan (Darren) and Wesley Olivey (Kristin); and his great grandchildren, Caden, Kaylee, Khloee, Stella, Jaxon and Landon.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
