He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Harper and Edna M. Harper (Shepherd); and his daughter Lori Schussler. He is survived by: his wife Edna P. Seeney; his children, William H. Harper, Jr. (Robin) of Oak Harbor, Wash, Bob Harper (Pam) of McPherson and Glenda Taylor (George) of Mills, Wyo.; and his sister Nyrna Kelley of Hutchinson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
