With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter C. Underwood of Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on November 23, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Underwood and Edna Underwood (Russell); and his brother Charles Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Theoda Underwood; and his children, Mark Underwood (Sherri) of Sharon, Kan, Pat Underwood (Kerry) of Blanchard, Okla., Debbie Chapman (Michael) of Lee's Summit and Denise Scott (Bryan) of Great Bend. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and thirty-six great grandchildren.
