Zajic; his wife Sandy Byer; his children, Jack Byer of Austin, George Byer (Elaina) of Great Bend, William Byer (Priya) of Portland, Ore, Bobby Oller (Sam) of Larned, Cheri Viles (Tim) of Manhattan, Sonja Pope (Allen) of Springfield and Susan Leech (Christopher) of Salina; his siblings, Von Byer of Austin, Tex., Vicki Caravalho of Bartlesville, Okla and Carla Byer of Great Bend; and his grandchildren, Taryn Viles, Caelie Viles, Sylvia Pope, Allora Pope, Easton Byer, Lucas Byer, Georgia Byer, Avelyn Leech and Nora Byer.
Memorials have been designated to the American Heart Association, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
