He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stieben and Elizabeth Stieben (Hughes); his brothers, Robert and Kenneth Stieben; and his half-siblings, Jamie Stieben and Sandra Stieben Sponsal.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Stieben; his daughter Lorrie D. Campbell (Billy) of Albuquerque, NM; and his niece Kenda O'Mara of Emporia.
