He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Wornkey (Mitch) of Hollywood, Steven Wornkey, Jr. of Great Bend, Alan L. Wornkey (Sheri) of Great Bend and Chad Wornkey of Great Bend; his grandchildren, Blake, Dylan Wondra, Heaven and Nicholas Wornkey; his great grandchild River Wornkey; and his siblings, Jerry Wornkey of Scottsbluff, Tom Wornkey (Chris) of Ellinwood, Tim Wornkey (Pam) of Ellinwood and Pam Nowak of Holcomb.
