He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Hall; his children, Kevan (Katrina Gardner) and Kim (Kenneth Hottovy); his siblings, Earl (Ann Gardner) and Mary Lee Thomas; his grandchildren, Candice (Matt Martin), Ashley (Ryan Holt), Dane Gardner, McKinley Hottovy, Kaylee Hottovy, Nate Gardner, Emma Jo Hottovy and Bennett Gardner; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Jackson, Maeble Holt and Derek Martin.
